Originally I was looking for a Farmer's Landlord Insurance for a home where my mother is staying at in CA, Chris was knowledgeable about the recent changes in CA's insurance market, quickly guided me to obtain... an insurance issued from an A-rating company, and get us the comparative quote right away, my sister and I were so pleased with his prompted action and detailed explanation for all the questions we had, especially for someone who live out of the state, not familiar with the insurance regulations in CA.
